Sales Executive Job Duties:
- • Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
- • Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
- • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- • Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
- • Organizing sales visits
- • Demonstrating/presenting products
- • Establishing new business
- • Maintaining accurate records
- • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- • Reviewing sales performance
- • Negotiating contracts
Qualifications and training required
• We require candidates from MBA (Sales & Marketing) only who must have a pleasant personality with fluent communication skills.
• He /she should have a positive and aggressive attitude to market and sell.
• Willingness to travel across the city to meet new clients.
Our company is in requirement of close to 400 candidates for the On-Site Monitoring & Electrical Data Collection project. The candidates should be B.Tech/Diploma/Intermediate Pass out Job Description is as follows:-
- 1. The candidates will be on internship for approx 3 months; it may extend or reduced as per the performance of the running projects.
- 2. The selected candidates will be getting a stipend as per the below details:-
- a) B.Tech (EE/EEE Only (Pass-out) – Stipend (Rs.7000)
- b) Diploma (EE/EEE Only (Pass-out) – Stipend (Rs.7000)
- c) Intermediate (Pass-out) – Stipend (Rs.6000)
- 3. The candidates will be getting Rs.5000 (Monthly Fixed Site Allowance) that shall be paid along with the stipend.
- 4. The amount of allowance may differ from location to location as per company norms.
- 5. The bike reimbursement will be made Rs.2.00 per Km (only official movement will be considered).
- 6. The candidates can be posted anywhere around India and can be transferred to any location in India at any moment of time as per company norms.
- 7. No fooding lodging/accommodation will be provided from the company’s end. The candidate has to arrange it by its own.
- 8. The candidate should have his own account number in any of the nationalized banks in India otherwise the candidate will not be considered eligible for the job positions.
- 9. The candidate should have a bike. Without bike no candidate will be eligible for job positions.
- 10. Due to any reasons employee wishes to go on leave then in that case his (Salary+Allowance) will be deducted per day and definitely no bike will be used for official purpose hence no bike reimbursement shall be applicable for those particular leave days.
- 11. The shortlisted candidates have to report at their respective sites along with bike within 2-3 days times. Company will not be responsible for any late joining once your joining date has passed away.
- 12. Each & every shortlisted candidate should submit a valid ID Proof, Address Proof. One Photograph & his own account details of a nationalised bank, failing which your joining will not be considered applicable.
- 13. If candidate gives the outstanding performance then as per company norms & opening available in the projects he may get the chance to continue further.
